2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account: name, email, password (hashed), verification codes
• Profile: optional photo, birth date, zodiac sign, language, MBTI result
• Dream content: title, text, mood, notes, AI interpretations, generated images
• Usage: quota, subscription status, purchase records, referral codes
• Device: push notification token, app version
• Optional: HealthKit / Health Connect sleep data (only if you enable it)
• Community: anonymous dream excerpts you share and votes

3. How we use data

• Account registration, login, and authentication
• Dream logging, AI interpretation, and image generation
• Premium subscription and quota management
• Push notifications (based on your preferences)
• Community feed and moderation (reports)
• Service security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance

4. AI processing

Your dream text may be sent through our secure servers to AI providers to generate interpretations and images. Processing is for service delivery only, not for ad profiling.

AI outputs are informational and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

5. Third parties

We may share data with service providers such as:

• Hosting and database (e.g. Supabase, Vercel)
• Authentication and email
• Apple App Store / Google Play (subscription verification)
• Push notification infrastructure
• AI API providers

We do not sell your data for advertising. We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to address security incidents.

6. Retention

We retain data while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized except where law requires retention.

7. Your rights

• Access, correction, and deletion requests
• Objection or restriction of processing (where applicable law allows)
• Manage account and dream records in the app
• Disable push notifications in device/app settings
• Disable HealthKit / Health Connect integration at any time

8. Children

RuyaVera is rated 9+ and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Parents who believe we hold a child’s data may contact us.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply access controls and server-side security measures. No system is 100% secure; we take reasonable precautions.

10. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located in Turkey and/or other countries including the EU/US. By using the service, you acknowledge such transfers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via the app or website. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
