RuyaVera provides a dream journal, AI-powered dream interpretation, symbol dictionary, analytics, community sharing, and Premium subscription features.

Interpretations are informational and may follow religious, psychological, or combined perspectives.

2. Medical and professional disclaimer

RuyaVera does not provide medical, psychological diagnosis, legal, or financial advice. AI interpretations and symbol analysis are general information. Seek professional help for serious health, mental health, or emergency situations.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for accurate registration information
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account use
• One account per person unless otherwise permitted

4. Premium and payments

Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the respective store policies.

Subscriptions may auto-renew; you can cancel in your store account settings.

Quotas and plan details are shown in the app; we will fix technical issues within a reasonable time.

5. User content

You are responsible for your dream text and shared content. Community posts are anonymous excerpts only.

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited
• Do not share others’ personal data without permission
• You may report inappropriate content; moderation may apply

6. Intellectual property

The RuyaVera brand, UI, logo, and software belong to us. AI outputs are provided for your personal use; commercial redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or abuse of the service
• Attempts to harm servers or other users
• Fake purchases, quota, or referral manipulation
• Any activity that violates applicable law

8. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. You may delete your account at any time; we may restrict access for violations.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee AI accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the courts of Samsun, Türkiye (consumer rights reserved).
